Operations Assistant – Footgolf Malaysia
Bukit Jelutong Golf Centre
Assist and manage the Bukit Jelutong Operations with the General Manager.
Maintain and update the operational data
Handle bookings of Footgolf slots for members and non members
Answering of phone enquiries & emails
Tally all transactions made for the day and ensure errors are amended and accountable for by the end of the shift
Assist with the Executives on proper regulation of Footgolf operations including competitions and activities
Opening and closing of Footgolf course
Deliver right information to members/guests on the rules of Footgolf
Assist the Executives with Marketing operations
Handle tournaments and corporate clients
Minimum GCE O' level/SPM with one year working experience
Customer service oriented; Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Must be prepared to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays
Must be able to speak in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
Friday, Saturday and Sunday + Public Holidays 07:30 to 19:30pm
